  1. Eat vegan, but a cheat here and there is allowed because it's nearly unavoidable if you have relatives and friends trying to feed you in Canada in these times. Exercise regularly. Cardio, flexibility, strength ... in that order. And find a system of meditation that works for you, that helps you to dissipate stress, in other words. Stress is the killer, of lives, but of hope and even just clear-headed thinking too. I am one of the world's natural born worriers. I have to work at controlling that all of the time. Mediation, over the long, long haul, really does help.
